As the world’s buried in the Olympian excitement, I sit in my room drafting up this nonsensical entry. I’m a poor kid at present. With a bank balance that’s dangerously low, I dare not dream of tomorrow. It’s an eye opener sometimes to marvel at how civil service manages efficiency at workplace. Coming from one myself, I often had to battle with high ranking military officers who are generously paid to do nuts.
My allowance is due, two weeks ago to be exact. Problem is, the clerks are the ones getting all the crappy reprimands while their superiors get free with their well versed responsibility shifting skills. It’s the nation’s loss because these officers could have been the exemplary candidates to perform in the Beijing Olympic Opening Ceremony’s Taiji segment.

I need to stop my online shopping habits. My account was fine until I came home and started shopping. It’s not dangerously low, but it isn’t healthy either to have so little money. Blah.

@xiang: Not that long lah! The most it would’ve been weeks.
Fallin’ sick, handling inefficiency found in NUS’ computer systems and SAF’s incompetent staff is a laborious task.
